How Long Until You Are Up and Running With SUPASO?
This question comes up almost every time and rightly so. Switching to a new shipping packaging solution sounds like a lot of work, a disruption to day-to-day operations, and a risk. So here’s the honest answer about how the transition to SUPASO works and what really determines how long it takes.
Step 1: The first conversation
It starts with a conversation, free and without obligation. You tell us what you ship, under which conditions, and where things go wrong today. We listen and work out which of our solutions fits your product. This step is quick, and it shapes everything that follows. The more precisely we understand your load profile, the more accurate the rest becomes.
Step 2: The sample
Next we send you a sample pack. Packaging you can hold matters to us, because no data sheet replaces having the packaging in your own hands and testing it in your own process. You see how it packs, how it feels and how it fits your workflow.
Step 3: Specification and adaptation
Now we design the packaging around your product. Size, structure and insulation follow what you ship and the route your shipment really takes. This step determines the timeline most. A standard size is available quickly. A fully bespoke solution needs a little more lead time, but delivers exactly what it should.
Step 4: Test shipment and going live
Before you switch fully, we recommend a test shipment under real conditions. That way you see the result before it counts, not after. If the test runs as expected, the packaging moves into regular operation.
What determines the duration
There is no blanket timeframe, because it depends on your starting point. A standard solution for a clear use case is ready quickly. A custom-developed package with its own design takes longer. What we can promise: we tell you early and honestly what timeframe to expect, rather than surprising you later.
